So Cal Auto Leasing / Kyle Arvizu Kyle Arvizu of SoCal Auto Leasing is a Fraud and Will Steal Your Money

Kyle Arvizu of So Cal Auto Leasing is a Fraud, Scam, Liar, Thief.

He attempted to STEAL $13,500.00 of our money and only after receiving threats did he give the money back after holding it for over a month.

My Business Partner and I were purchasing through Kyle Arvizu's Company SoCal Auto Leasing (www.SoCalAutoLeasing.com) two vehicles. A 2011 S500 Mercedes and a 2009 CL63 AMG Mercedes.

We gave Kyle Arvizu of SoCal Auto Leasing $13,500 down to secure our vehicles which were supposed to be delivered to us when the rest would be paid.

The trouble started when we checked the VIN number of the CL63 and found out the car we were actually getting had over 18,000 miles on it instead of 3,200 and was gray instead of black. From there the S550 which was supposed to be delivered on a Monday never showed up. Once we confronted Kyle and his business partner they could not give us any answers. As we continued to look through the contract and ask questions the answers got more vague. Finally we cancelled the deal and all h*ll broke out.

It took OVER A MONTH to get our money back (WHICH WE STILL HAVEN'T EVEN RECEIVED IT ALL) from Kyle Arvizu at So Cal Auto Leasing. And only after threatening him and his life did he start to piece back the money because he had already spent it. We were told more than 20 times that his business partner was "At the bank" making the deposit back to us which never happened.

Week 1: The money was wired to be returned to us. Then the wire "was placed on hold" which if anyone has ever wired money they know it is NEVER placed on hold.

Then the wire, two days later somehow, was cancelled and they deposited a check. The check was never deposited.

Week 2: The check was actually deposited this time but was on hold for 14 days.

The check the second time was not deposited, and instead they would make a cash deposit.

Kyle Arvizu is a Liar and a Scam Artist. DO NOT trust him with the car he is selling because it will not the be the deal he says it is. He can not provide any accurate information and will take your money and spend it even before he has the vehicle in his possession.
