I purchased a Kidkraft My Dreamy Dollhouse on November 23 from Amazon.com. I received it on December 1. Our grandkids live with us part-time, and I was unable to open the box and attempt assembly, until December 24. It was then I discovered that ALL of the assembly hardware (screws, nuts, bolts, etc.), along with the instructions, were missing. It was too late to have the manufacturer send new parts, so I used what I had around the house. There were several 'specialty' parts that I did not have, so I had to go to Lowe's here in town, minutes before they closed for Christmas, to buy these parts. This purchase came to $33.05. I contacted the company, and was told in a very rude email, that reimbursement was impossible, and I needed to return the item. I informed the Customer Service person that I had already assembled the item, as I had told her in an earlier email. I think they should be responsible for not including the hardware, and instructions, and reimburse me for my out-of-pocket expense.
