Heidi from Hot Shot Resumes claims to contact you within 24 hours in most cases. I emailed her and she immediatly contacted me back and forth several times prior to making my payment with Paypal. The moment I paid communication ceased to exist. Heidi advertises all over Craigslist in every state. I filed a claim with Paypal but even though I had overwhelming evidence that no service had been provided, including a posted self admission by Heidi stating that no service had been provided Paypal favored on her side since it was a "Virtual Service" which could not be proven either way. Yes Heidi kept my money and never did offer a refund. Thanks so much for kicking a man in the gut after being layed off. Your a gem.
