Warning, We purchased a female Shih tzu from Exotic Shihtzu owner Heidi, we paid $1800 the puppy was delivered by Heidi with no registration papers or medical records. Heidi claimed she forgot the paper work and would mail it to us the next day, well 2 weeks went and no papers, when we call Heidi she yells and is very sarcastic as if we are bothering her, she claims she will send the papers however we haven't recieved anything and it's been a month. I took the puppy to the vet and was told it has earmites, also the pup is older than Heidi said as per my vet. This woman is a rude and disrespectful, scammer be aware.
