In addition to the standard final value fee (~9%), eBay is charging the percentage to the shipping as well. The explanation is that some sellers are overcharging shipping while undervaluing the merchandise they are selling.in order to be more greedy, eBay is charging the fee on shipping. I wish some other company can take over this crappy company soon.
