I've been guaranteed to get a reimbursement since 7/27 and after numerous calls (last-call was created 09/24/10) or more for this day 10/11/10 my reimbursement hasn't been completed. I simply document a problem to FTC. Gov. If other people have this problem, please document a compain to FTC. Gov to ensure that more individuals that comlain implies that I am not alone which have this problem.
