Before we'd our wire support stop (we transformed to WOW) we settled $165 and change for wire which we did not have for your payment support because of remove. We obtained a statement for $35.90 and that I called them about this informing them we'd it turn off plus they prorated our statement and that I was informed that inside a month we'd obtain a reimbursement for $118.?? (do not remember the change). Alternatively we keep obtaining a statement stating that people owe $35.90. I called them again and was informed to dismiss that statement. The next month I obtain another statement stating that people still owe that quantity. I called them again and after awaiting a significant while on-hold was informed that I'd obtain a reimbursement for $113.00. I informed her that I had been informed it'd be for $118.?? And she stated that she could not provide it in my experience on my term (was not adequate). I inquired if it had been on document and he or she said no. I informed her that simply because of intrest because they've had our cash since May that they must atleast provide us the additional $5.00 because they've been receiving intrest and he or she explained she did not understand how your partner prorated it to become $118 which I'd just obtain the $113.00. I am fed up with being jerked around by Perception as I must have had my check right now (it has been atleast per month) and it'll possibly consider another month before they reduce my check. Do not like being named a liar.
