I was checking my online banking and noticed a transaction in nov. 2011 for 19.99 from a company called unlimited local savings,
So i called the 1800 number and talked to a indirect call center who is hired by the company to take their calls.
They associate i talked to said that i was enrolled in Feb. 2011 and that they have been charging me 19.99 a month ever since. I told him that i have never enrolled in this and that this is Fradulant. He said that he will cancel my membership and request a refund and that it will be sent to me in a check form in 7-10 days. I asked him for a full refund all the way back to feb. 2011 and he said that he will request that.
Then i asked for a confirmation email and he said that he can not. Then i asked for a direct number to the company and they said they did not have it. (they are lying since they have to have contact information for their client.)
So as of now i have not recieved a refund, and called them again and they said that a supervisor would call me in two hours it has been 7 days.
