Hi, This is my story, I was called by this company a couple of months ago, with the promotion that if I subscribe to their service I'll automatically entered in their million dollard sweepstake at no cost.
I subscribed, and a months later a receive a bill asking for $29.89.. I called the company to cancel my subscription, and they told me that I couldn't cancel my subscription due to be past the deadline to cancel it. I call again to talk to a supervisor, but the person I was talking to refuse to let me talk to them and hung up, I call again but the same thing happened.
If this people call you do not believe what they tell you, just hang up...
