Called me to tell me that I had a 3 year subscription and needed to pay bill

Received call on my cell phone telling me that I had a 3 year subscription to their company for my business and they needed to verify my information to send me the bill. I told them that I did not subscribe to their business and wanted off their mailing list. They told me that I had already agreed to this in the past and that they would cancel it in the future but that I already owed them money. I told them that this was a rip off and I did no such thing. They switched me to another person and I explained the same thing to them. They told me that I had already subscribed and that they could do nothing about the current bill but that they would take me off their list. They said that the information was ready to be sent and that they had to confirm my information. I insisted that I did not agree to this but they said that I had no choice as I agreed in the past. They again switched me to a person who recorded my contact info and they stated that they would be sending me the bill. I said "OK" but was driving in the car at the time and did not have a grasp on exactly what was happening. Next thing I know I get the bill after receiving a CD in the mail. I called them and they said that they don't do business like that and were unwilling to listen to my complain.
