Made Order - order acknowleged - no other contact

I made an order online on 11/20. Used credit card. Received an acknowlegement of order. So far, no item no information. Left phone messages and several email messages and have received no response. As of 12/4 have not been charged but want item or a cancellation notice and no charge to card.
