I called to place an order on 8/24 for beauty items, and salesperson said item was in stock and told me if I placed the order online immediately the order would ship out on 8/28. I placed the order online on 8/24 and I waited till 8/28 to check to see if item shipped, but the item did not ship out and I have left numerous messages asking about status on shipping date, and sent a dozen e-mails and no one will respond to my left messages or e-mails. My account was charged on 8/25/012, and has been in processing for a lengthy period of time now. I don't ever want to do business with BellaMoi.com again. They charged my account, and I HAVE NOT received any merchandise. I just want a refund.
