I had 5 Star come to my home to clean my chandelier and other items. Paul looked over everything, gave me a quote, and set an appointment. The day of the appointment&No one showed up.
I called Paul & asked what happened. He told me that they decided not to do my job. I told him that he saw it—and why did no one ever call me.
He said "Well someone should have called you" I asked him why did he not call—what was the matter—phones do not work?
