We first contracted this company back in Febuary and was told that our vinyl fence would be installed within 7 days from that date. Today is now May 17th and they just finished my fence after several emails and fights and phone calls! We Have large gaps in our fence slats, so I dont think we are done with this company.
The day the company came to start our fence the company managed to help themselves to my neighbors hose. My neighbor asked them nicelyto not use their hose as they have had their basement flooded by other contacters that did that very thing, the contactor that works for Terry then processed to cuss my neighbor out and it got to the point that she had to call the police for assistance, turns out the contacter had warrents and ended up being hauled off to jail. This was just the beggining.
Now that spring was approaching it was time to turn the sprinklers on... Well within minutes our basement almost fludded as a result of him and his workers "choppin up" our main sprinkler lines going into our bacement, we have since found several others that were broke, when we specically showed Terry himself where all of the lines were located! We hired Terry to do our labor on our fence as my husband has major back problems and can not do the labor himself... But here we are STILL trying to get our sprinklers repaired... Which will entail re-doing the whole design as we now have a post pushing on the whole main system... So much for no labor.
In addition to all of this their has been some very unprofessional moments conducted by this compay, with cussing my neighbor out, cussing me and my husband out, no returned emails for several days all of which I have kept as well as all of the voice mails, ect. We are still very unsatisfied with our fence and our choice of a fence company. I would not recommend using this company to anyone, please always do your research as I wish we have.
