Complaint:
The California Univ. Of Pa nursing class purchased over 28 pins for graduation. They were never delivered. When I can get in touch with Linda Powers she tells me a new story every time. She was paid by a check written from California University and the check has been cashed. She will not send the pins to the students or refund our money. She always tells me that she will send them in a month. Now it has been over 6 months. Also the class paid to have their names engraved on their lamps for graduation. The lamps were delivered ON GRADUATION DAY without the names on them.
