On 10/29/04 i ordered two cat pins from peanuts charms for $18.00 which was paid for by my debit card. I in turn received a confirmation email from penny blahnik
of peanuts charms letting me know that the payment had been and order had been received. On 11/15 i still had not received the pins so i emailed them to inquire about them. I received back from penny an email stating that due to new security postal regulations it would take two to four weeks for delivery. I have ordered all of my christmas gifts on line and have received them all via first class mail in the week i have ordered them.
On 11/29 i still had not received them so i emailed penny again. She in turn sent me an email stating that i should receive them soon and that she would check with
the local post office in algoma for returns. I never heard from her. I filed a complaint with the bbb in wisconsin and received a reply from. Mr blahnik had sent back to the bbb a statemet that the reason i never received the pins was beacause i had three different email addresses which i don't i have one computer and 1 email. And even if i had three emails what does this mean? They have my complete address to send the pins and confirmed that with the same email address that i always use. I seriously doubt that 2 cat pins are going to take over six weeks to receive for security reasons they pin on your collar. I have had nothing but excuses from peanut charms and no resolution to the problem but they have my money and i have nothing and they seem to be very proud of themslves for this.
