I ordered 20 assorted webkins on April 19th and delivery was supposed to be May 1st. I was going to use them as graduation gifts for my preschool class on their graduation on May 15th. It is now May 27th and I have still not received my order. I went to their website and it has been "down for temporary maintenance" since the beginning of May. I tried calling the number listed on my credit card bill and all i got was a recording, no chance to talk to a real person. I have no idea who to contact, so that is why i am here.
