First Data Processing Via Sam's Club Merchant Processing Security breech involving my company merchant identification number (simular to your SS#)

I signed on with First Data Processing via Sam's Club Merchant Processing Sept.'06.in Aug.'07 the company allowed a fraudulant charge to process against my merchant account from some outside source. None of my daily closing documents supported this. I opened an investigation with First Data the same day and filed a criminal report with my local police. I, nor the police were ever able to get feedback from the company on this Security Breech.

This breech happened again in Feb.'08 with First Data. I opened a second investigation, still no valid response from the company. I closed my business bank account used to receive ACH credits from the company. Before my bank could officially shut down the account they tried it again. I was told by customer service at First Data that all three charges affected the same credit card holder. This person is in California and we are in Georgia. All 3 fraudulant amounts were the same ($5,485.00).

Each time this happened I was asked by First Data to issue a credit from my terminal. This is the SCAM! You can not issue a credit for a charge not processed from your terminal, 1. You do not have the necessary account info. To do so and 2. Doing so would be giving away $5,485.00 of your own business dollars. I feel that this is a case of "inside fraud" designed to bully small businesses into giving away their money in fear.
