I used the internet to use Sears 'help' line for my garage door opener which I replaced the worm drive gear assy. That I ordered thru Sears. Everything works fine EXCEPT, the green indicator light allways keeps blinking... Which it never did before. When I talked to Charles on the chat thru Sears, I was hoping he would help me, which I thought that was 'help' line was for. He just wanted my home address so he could send someone to my home for a fee of $75.00 plus what ever it takes to fix the problem. Now I know this is not a major problem, eveything works. Except this little light keeps blinking, and my other door does not nor did my door opener before I installed the worm drive. As far as I am concerned the help line is useless.
