Owner: Shannon Durham-Macias Took My Money and Has Not Delivered My Product! Pure Fraud!

On 10/31 I purchased 3 items totaling $119. I needed these items quickly for an upcoming gig that was very important to me. I contacted the company several times as to the status of my order. No response. I got my bank involved and filed a chargeback against them. Now I see on their website that my item has been shipped - but there is no tracking number? This is a stall tactic. It has now been 23 days since I ordered my items and no response and no product from the company. I have been ordering items off the internet for 10 years and have owned 2 website business's myself. I can not believe that Grizzly Entertainment is still in business after ripping off so many people - not to mention the people that just forget about their misfortune and go elsewhere. If your interested in filing a class action lawsuit please contact me. If you use Google Maps to look up their address you will see an empty store with "For Lease" signs in the windows. Companies like this should not be doing business anywhere.
