I placed my order on line 12/11. On 12/14 my card was charged. I tried to reviewed the status of my order the same day my card was charged and the web sight had no record of the order. I called 6 times the next 3 days and could only leave messages. No one from Grizzly ever returned my calls. I sent an email on 12/16 and got a response. The "Customer Care Team" mentioned they had experienced a "data error" and had to cancel all outstanding orders. The email stated a refund had been processed and I should receiving in a couple days if not contact them immediately. I called and emailed daily for two weeks to report the refund had not been received and never got a reply from Grizzly. Finally I filed a charge dispute with my bank and they got my money back. Upon further review I discovered the store is is not even an authorized dealer for the brand I was trying to purchase. I recommend you do not do business with this Grizzly Entertainment.
