Do not fall for Grizzly Entertainment's website, Facebook page, blogs... It is orchestrated deception. I ordered a musical instrument of several hundred dollars. When the order lagged, I asked about shipping confirmation via email (after three inquiries - the last one directed to "Jacob") that's when the further deception took place. No shipping confirmation was sent as per company policy. No guitar after five UPS shipping days (predicted to take two days).
Calls and emails remain unanswered. Looking at other complaint posts on this company, this pattern of behavior is suspiciously similar. Definitely go elsewhere. Those big name instrument vendors treat customers with class on top of delivering the goods.
Our honorable nation has many sinister enemies outside her borders. Why does Grizzly Entertainment have to behave like a bad element from within? If the guitar shows up on my doorstep tomorrow, then boo on me. I will quickly post rectification.
