I hired them to place 5 combo vending machines. They took months to find just one location.in addition to $500 placement fees, I spent another $200 to hire equipment and services to place the machine at the location. After few days of placement, I get a call from the customer to remove the mcahine from their facility. Reason being Jay/Vending placement is not their approved vendor to do the business with them. I had to spend another $200 to remove the vending machine to bring it to my garage. When contacted Jay simply said, " It is your bad luck", and he refused to refund $500. Never ever do any business with such ripoff company.
Very dissatisfied customer.
