ADVANCE PLACEMENT SERVICES was hired to place several machines.
When I spoke to the OWNER JAY BAIRD on the phone he promised me that he was going to make me lots of money with the locations, and that once he received the contract and deposit he would work for me immediately to place my vending machines. JAY BAIRD also told me that he would have a locator meet with me to tour the locations as stated on the contract.
Therefore, I could visit, meet the owner of the business, approve or disapprove the locations. That never happened after he received my money. Once he received the deposit his nasty unprofessional WIFE JENNIFER BAIRD calls me to tell me that the locator would not be meeting me.in addition, I would have to place my machines immediately at the locations of her choice without being toured by me as the contract stated, and was informed by her husband JAY BAIRD.
I immediately refused the offer because it was not what was stated on the contract. I insisted on her to honor the contract or refund my money. MRS JENNIFER BAIRD told me that it was too late to refund me the money and to just do what she said. I did not liked her approach and the nasty attitude she expressed towards me. They decided to go forward and give me some terrible locations with no business at all just to make it look like they were honoring the contract, and keep my money, without letting me visit and approve the location.
I never had any locations and they took my money. They also took the liberty to charge me more money fraudently without my permission. Every time I tried to contact that Gutless, Spineless, Scumbag JAY BAIRD he refused to talk to me. He loves to collect people's money and will talk to you before collecting and signing the contract, and then hides after collecting the money. JAY BAIRD lied to me and told me that they had no complaints under the BBB, tend to find out they had 125 plus complaints in the last 36 months. Can you say WOW!
Their customer service is extremely unprofessional, angry attitude, and complete lies. Whoever is looking for a Company to place their vending machines PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT DO IT! If you must rely on a locating company do your research first, check them all over, and check them again. But, DO NOT HIRE THESE SCUMBAG THIEVES ADVANCE PLACEMENT SERVICES!!!
