I made a purchase online at http://www.picnictrip.com / for an insulated baby back pack for use for my 1&1/2 year old son. The back back was for $73.00 plus S&H. After 3 weeks of not receiving my order, I checked my order status online as it was still "pending" even though they had already charged my credit card. I left several e-mails to [email protected] and never received a response.
I called a week later at 1-866-936-0044 and reached a young lady who was very clueless and unprofessional who placed me on hold for several minutes to inquire management about my order. She told me the item would be sent the following Thursday and I should receive it by next week. After another 2 weeks of not receiving my order, I called again, but this time I kept receiving an automated message saying they would not be taking phone calls, but to leave a message. I left 3 messages and no one ever returned my phone calls.
Throughout the process, I remained very gracious to them assuming my item was backordered and would take some time to received, but after 2 months of this nonsense, I filed a dispute with my credit card company to have them refund my money and file a claim against PicnicTrip.com. I'm a busy woman who has a full time job and a family to raise. This was a total waste of my time and money. Do not do business with picnictrip.com
