Ripoff $ and poor customer service ANAHEIM California

I purchased a order from exoteeka.com on November for someone's birthday present. I was told that the order will be deliver within 7 to 10 business days. I received my order 2 weeks later and there were missing one of my orders. I called the company couple times and no one picks up the phone So I left a message on their voice mail. After about a week, still on one returns my call so I called back again and this time I talked to a lady who finally told me that the item that I ordered was in back order and they will ship out the product maybe one week later and she promised to waive my shipping cost since they didn't deliver on time.

Weeks had past and I still didn't receive my missing items so I email them again. Four days later some email me back that the item was still in back order. Then I told them to cancel my order and refund my money at the same time I called my credit card company to file a claim.

A month ago I didn't know my credit card company has refunded the money back to me and I emailed exoteeka.com and wants to find out the status of my order whether they have send out the item or would refund my money back. No respond..

I email them again yesterday. Here is the responds from [email protected]

Is that how a company should treat their customers??? How hard is for them to say: We are sorry that we didn't deliver your order on time and we had refunded your money back already
