Letter to FSA and Sears
"As a seasoned delivery driver with prior experience related directly to Sears protocol, I'd like to let you know that the employees contracted through FSA in the Milwaukee, WI area conduct themselves very poorly. Their was use of vulgar language, sexual misconduct, public urination, intoxication, poor tact taken with customers regarding the point system, reckless driving and theft.
I feel it's my obligation as a contracted employee of Sears, that I inform you of the mishaps surrounding the choice to dismiss myself from FSA's employment.
Nobody should have the displeasure of a employee of theirs going into your customers home with utmost blatant disregard of customer service and professionalism.
I'm sure if you screen their employees, you will see nothing but felony records. Every morning I could smell marijuana and booze throughout the loading dock area"
These pieces of garbage most likely make their money employing drug addicts, felons and anyone else unsuspecting of their criminal means of blanketing their business practices.
First of all, they pay $7.50 per delivery. Sounds good right? Nope! Not when your doing deliverys for 14 hrs a day and averaging $9.50 an hour! Secondly, working with disgruntled felony drug addicts with elementry educations is not a thrill and to allow these feinds into your home is the icing on the cake.
