Complaint / review text:
I had ordered a pair of Geo Bambi Sesame Gray Color contacts which said IN STOCK from honeycolor.com. I paid for express shipping in order for my contacts to be here in 3~5 days. When I placed that order in the night, they emailed me in the morning saying they are OUT OF STOCK of this item. They told me to kindly reply back as soon as possible for my 2nd choice of lenses. I didn't have a second choice of lenses, so I asked them when they will be in stock again. (Note I paid express shipping, to have them at my house in 3~5 days.) I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
With no reply after a few days, I asked them to just give me my money back since they are out of stock, and I was not going to receive my order in the 3~5 days that I had paid for. They told me to give them the order number of my item. I gave it to them, and said thank you, and to respond back when they would get my money back.
