Software development firm did substandard work, key person did not communicate, continued to bill and

ITR proposed they had iPad development experience and capability which they did not have. They allowed the project to proceed, knowing they were not getting results. When confronted with the lack of quality work, ITR threatened to sue if they did not get paid in full. Chuck Rusch (Business Development) and Todd Monpetit (CEO) are not professional and are not to be trusted.
