The owners/operators of D'lish Franchise Group/Noodles Development LP are crooks. Doing business with Chris Evert, Todd Welker, and Matt Hale should be avoided at all costs. From just a couple of web searches, it's clear that they have done a lot of shady things, and now, classify me as one of their victims.
Nothing But Noodles is a franchise run by the crooks at Noodles Development. I can't comment on how they've run that business, but I'll let the other reports speak for themselves. They tried and failed to create a franchise of restaurants/candy shops called D'lish (www.itsdlish.com). They hired my company to do the signage for their location in Utah. From the beginning, they kept putting the squeeze on us to come down in price. Once we did the job, they never paid. Just weeks after opening, they were either closed or evicted from the mall location where they were at.
