Takes your money doesn't send product. Won't return calls or email

I bought a flag from this company on Oct. 8th 2011 and never received my Flag. They charged my card and won't return phone calls or emails. No one Ever answers the phone. They refuse to charge back my card. Have to file a claim with my card company. Do NOT use this company.
