Craigslist Flagging Software False Advertising And Seller Never Mentioned Disclosures And Flagging Guidelines On Website

I bought the Ad Nuke software that flags Craigslist postings on August 1. I was satisfied with the service until yesterday when out of nowhere, the seller of the Ad Nuke software told me that he's not going to help me flag ads anymore because he can decide when to flag Craigslist postings, which he never disclosed on his website. Yesterday, I wanted to flag ads from a scammer who posts on Craigslist every day. However, the seller of the Ad Nuke software said that he's not going to flag his ads because according to him, the ads that the scammer posts look legitimate since the ads had contact information. Well, how do you decide if an ad is legitimate or not? Just because an ad has contact information doesn't mean it's legitimate. Also, there was another ad I wanted to flag from a spammer and the seller refused to help me flag that ad because according to him, it's a honeypot. Well, how do you decide if an ad looks attractive to buyers or not? Why didn't he post those rules on his website? The website is nothing but just plain false advertisting.
