I ordered 3 pairs of True Religion Carrie jeans in different colors on 10/11. I recieved 3 pairs of True Religion that were not Carrie or the colors I ordered. From 10/21 until today 10/31, I have been going back and forth with the sales manager who refuses to correct the order. They went as far as saying.."What is wrong with you?" I sent pictures and they were trying to bargain by giving me a percentage off. They said I have to pay shipping and it wont be worth it for me. I cant believe the audacity of the person behind that email in how they would write to a customer. ALso, the jeans have the worst stench. Its unbearable outside of the package. I have alerted my credit card company and in the process of having them send a complaint to take the charge off my card. They are a nightmare. I see someone has been dealing with the same problem. I wish they had complained earlier, because I googled the name and no bad charges were shown. Hopefully this helps alot of people stay away!
