I wanted to let everyone know my situation with mywebwholesaler.com. Please don't due business this so called company!
On 02/24/06 I ordered 48 pairs of Diesel Jeans that had paperwork, showing that these were authentic. I wired them $1914.00 (I know I should have not wired them) they said that they only accept wire's on the first transaction, and after that you could use a credit card.
I received the Diesel Jeans almost 3 weeks later on Friday, 03/17/06 in the late afternoon. The jeans did not look right to me so I went to www.honestforum.com to find out if these jeans were authentic. The response I got back was almost all the jeans I had were counterfeit. I called mywebwholesaler.com om 03/20/06 and talk to Wanda and told her the situation that I encountered. Wanda insisted that these jeans were authentic because they had paperwork and she refused to refund my money.in the meanwhile on 03/16/06 (thursday) (the day before I got the diesel jeans) mywebwholesaler.com were advertising True Religion Jeans that had paperwork, so we order some with my credit card in the amount of $2654.00. When we realized that the Diesel Jeans were fake, I call mywebwholesaler.com and talked to wanda to cancel our order for the True Religion Jeans. We told her we were very uncomfortable with ordering the True Religion Jeans since the Diesel Jeans were fake. Wanda said they would refund our money.
We did receive a refund on 03/20/06 in the amount of 2145.20 they took 508.80 for a cancellation fee. (Totally uncalled for)
Well guess what we received in the mail on 03/29/06? 2 Boxes of True Religion Jeans. I opened up one box just to see if these were Authentic True Religion Jeans. These were the worst Fake Jeans that I have ever seen.
I immediately called True Religion Jeans Fraud Department, on 03/29/06 and they knew who this company was. They had been telling mywebwholesaler to stop selling fake True Religion Jeans on their website. From my understanding they have gotten some attorney's involved. The person I talked to at True Religion Jeans told me to call Lisa the owner at mywebwholesaler.com to ask for a full refund and if they didn't I was to call back True Religion Jeans. I was going to call Lisa first thing on 03/30/06, because it was already to late to call.
Well, Wanda called me first thing in the morning on 03/30/06 and told me that they accidently sent the true religion jeans out to my address and that they needed these jeans sent back A.S.A.P. I told her I wanted to talk to Lisa and Wanda said she was not available. So I told Wanda that the Jeans she accidently sent me were Fake Jeans as well. She was very upset that I opened "stolen merchandise" (how can it be stolen if they sent it to me) anyway I told Wanda that I needed to get a full refund for the True Religion Jeans, she responded by saying that I was refunded. I told her I needed to get the full refund of 2654.00 and not 2145.20. I also told her that I needed a refund of the diesel jeans as well. She told me that she would call me back because she had to talk to the owners.
Wanda did call back 15 minutes later and said that they would refund me for the Diesel and True Religion Jeans, and they would do this as soon as they received the jeans back. (I did not trust this company at all) I told her that as soon as I was told in writing that I would receive a refund for the Diesel and True Religion jeans I would have no problem sending these back.
Well I never heard from the company again.
I just called them this morning (03/31/06) and all their numbers have been disconnected!
So now I stuck with a total of 92 pairs of fake Diesel and True Religion Jeans.
I will pursue this company and will call the FBI for mail fraud.
If anyone else has had problems with this company please contact me. Maybe we can do something about this horrible company that is ripping people off with their hard earned money!
