I bought a deal that this company promoted through Swarm jam for $99 which included laser and products for 12 sessions. When I went there the representaive sold me a one year service as she claimed that usually 12 sessions do not show results. She was quite convincing and said that I could get services from the closest location in Surrey and that they are open 5 days. The cost $2500. She promised I would get all the paperwork when I paid for the service. When i did pay for the service she gave me some paperwork but I noticed that she had not put any terms.

I did have her quote in writing that she had put down informally in the first consultation. I asked her to give me specific terms but by then I guess I was a bit late. She said if I need more information I will have to talk to the owner who was sick that day. That was the beginning of the warning signs and I realized that something is not right. I asked many time after that to meet the owner to get my contract. I was getting services that I had already paid for the $99. Right after I finished the 12 sessions, the representative informed me that they are closing the shop and they do not know when they will open again.

Even though it was quite inconvenient to go to their other location, I agreed to go to the other location until they open up again. They set an appointment for me in Vancouver. I went to for my appointment to Vancouver and no one answered their entrance phone and there was no way I could connect with them. I tried their phone many times and waited around for about 40 minutes. I have left many messages for them for a month but no one has bothered to get back to me. My advice to future customers from this company is to stay away.
