This company called Chibi City Siyu Textile Printing And Dyeing Factory located in China was found on the internet. They manufacture towels etc in China.
I had ordered one 20 ft container from them. We had a few quality issues, but nothing that could not be corrected. My CEO went to the factory in China for a visit and all seemed well. We ordered a 2nd shipment, with many of the same towel designs from the 1st shipment. We paid our deposit, and when goods were ready we paid for the goods plus shipping cost.
We received this 2nd order of towels and when we started to quality check them, we could not believe what was sent to us. Bad bad quality. The shipment had towels of the wrong colour, so many flaws on them. Holes, thin lines etc. Almost 85% were bad towels.
I gave Mr. Xia Wei my contact, the chance to either get SGS to inspect the towels, so he could see how bad they were.
