Simply I ordered a 24 peice towel set as advertised in cataloge a "Ultra-Plush" towels at $49.99 S&H $13.99 final cost =$63.98 on easy payment plan. OK so I received the towels-I was shocked to see how FLAT they werethey are like garage towels-there was nothing Ultra-Plush about them-they are flat-Cheap Kmart towels at $3 a peice are Ultra Plush compared to these! Upset I calmly called them and Explained the problem to a rep and then to a Supervisor-as far as they are conserned the towels are Ultra Plush-I can return them however at $13.99 S&H my expense for their False Advertising-I almost never return anything-and if these were at least normal thickness I would just deal with it-but they are so far removed from the add I refuse to stick myself with them-and will pay the S&H-that I feel they should be out for being deceptive to start-this is wrong what this company is doingto promise the moon and deliver a nite-light. And their policy in print makes no circumstance exceptions-this wrongful business practices-the first Rep at least seemed sympathetic-the Supervisor was not-like a parot quoted policyand was done with me-ready to move on I felt-Thanks
