Restoration Hardware Newport Beach Ca, poor quality towels - bath towels

Purchased towels from this location, (not cheap) after three washings the edges are shredding and unraveling. Very poor quality, the store will not exchange. Manager was very rude, would not look me in the face and said no exchanges. Admitted the quality was poor, and did not care if they lost a custome
