I ordered a book based on the companys representation of the product on their website and an example pdf. The printing was represented as very good quality using color. What arrived in the shipment was a low quality black and white printing. I requested a refund of the price of the book as well as the expenses of shipping and handling. The refund I received was just the cost of the book. I am out $18.64 for the cost of shipping and handling in both directions. I should not have to absorb those costs for a misrepresented product.
