Afa florida alarm refused to cancel my account. August 1st i called them to cancel, they gave me their fax number to write the cancellation. I not only faxed my cancellation multiple times, i emailed the cancelation multiple times. October 26th they called our house and said we were not canceled, i told them i'd sent, called, faxed the cancelation on august 1st. "they claim to have never got any of the multiple cancellations". They said they would send the charges for september and october to collections. I told them we were no longer customers as of august 1st. I sent a copy of the email i wrote in august to the better buisiness burea of northwest florida.
Beware of afa florida alarm (which the parent company is in pennsyvania) for they will milk you out of more payments by claiming they don't receive any of your cancellations.
