Id first like to start to let any readers know about who the latest victim of DRS' scam factory is. I know and hope that someone from that rinky dink company is reading this and more importantly any Law Firm or Better Business Bureau Office. I was enlisted in the United States Army with the 101st Airborne Division. I was deployed twice to Iraq during the latest conflict, and I am pretty disappointed that my life was on the line everyday to protect the rights of some sleezy individuals who could care less and show it by the way they fiscally raped my credit card for $250 in return for no services. I am man enough to admit that I was suckered but regret the fact that I am now unemployed.
On October 20th of I received a call from DRS informing me that my background check came back clean and that I needed to pay a $250 "processing fee" in order to make arrangements with the trucking companies regarding bus ticket conformation as well as hotel accomodations for the training to start on November 7th. Upon making the payment via paypal, I received another call informing me that my payment was accepted, and the young lady I spoke to even proceded to ask me what type of hotel room I preffered, "Smoking or Non". For someone that has never even imagined this happening to them, I resigned from my job on Oct. 21 to give myself time to get things together prior to leaving my family for 17 days of training in either Indana or Texas. I was told by DRS that I would receive calls from two trucking companies: CR England and CRST.
After hearing nothing from either company, I made the call to CR England who informed me that one of the two tickets I received in the past 2 and a half years was written as careless operation (no hire if in the last three years) by the issuing officer. I checked on this and found that in June when the ticket was written, the officer reduced it to 10mph over and issued as "careless operation" (0 points) to help me with not being docked points on my lisence, (2 points for speeding). Had I known then that I would be trying to enter the trucking industry in I would have taken speeding as the violation and got docked the points. Why am I going on about this...??? Well, If this rinky dink company had actually done a background check, they would have seen this and informed me it was going to be a problem even with a technicality. They did not however. They just banked $250 courtesy of this guy. I was told before I received my Honorable Discharge that plenty of companies would be beating down the door to hire me with my military background. I quickly found out after exiting the military that they were full of it but i never imagined my life would be screwed up by the hands of these people! Where's the honor and respect with these clowns??!!! I hope they get everything they have coming! I hope a homeless guy catches one of them coming out of the store and robs them for $250! Id rather a homeless guy get $250 dollars out of my pockets than these scum buckets! If there are any firms out there that would like more information, I have all documents from this process fresh and on file. Anything I could do to keep this from happening to someone else is at your fingertips!!
