Tri-State Alarm
3 year contracts that auto renew 90 days prior to the due date. Cancellation requires 75% of the balance! Ripoff

The company does not answer the phone to accept cancellations. They renew the very long-term contract for three years automatically. This happens three months before the contract is set to expire. If you cancel immediatly afterwards, you are responsible for 75% of the contract ($850).

The Better Business Bureau can not do anything because this is spelled out in the fine print of the contract.
