I have been reading all the complaints posted and sure understand all the anger and frustraton. What a way to treat paying customers!
Is there any lawyer reading this who might be able to offer suggestion to the thousands who have been hurt?
It seems to me a bailment situation was created.in which case photopoint had an extreme obligation to protect and save photos it was storing.
Photopoint was offering all album photos on CD. Why didn't they offer their customers the option to get their photos this way before shutting down? Can they still do it?
