I am an eBay seller and use Photopoint to store photos for my auctions. I have over 900 auction JPGs stored at Photopoint. I currently have 100 auctions running with links to photos at Photopoint.
On Friday, 12/14, Photopoint went down. There is no notice at www.photopoint.com or at www.pantellic.com (the parent company) explaining what is going on. Users have not been notified of (1) a site technical problem, or (2) site closing.
Photopoint email addresses for the paying customers - I get ads from them for additional services on a regular basis! Why have they not taken the time to email PAYING customers and let us know what is happening?
I am losing business revenue because of Photopoint's business practices. I feel that I - and all the other paid Photopoint customers - deserve an answer.
