I have been a loyal Photopoint user. I didn't wince about paying for the service last June when they asked for money for their formerly free service. I stuck by them when they went down last summer. Now I'm paying dearly for that loyalty.
I had hundreds of photos stored on there. After having some trouble with my hard drive on my computer, some of the photos were only on Photopoint and now are gone forever.
The LEAST they could have done is give us time to retrieve our photos.
