I originally signed up for a Bill Me Later account back in August when I was buying things for my Wedding in September. My Budget was tight already so I figured if I can buy now and pay it back later that would be great. I used Bill Me Later twice to purchase some things for my Wedding. The first time I used it I received a bill in my mail which I paid soon as I received it. I was waiting for a bill to arrive in my mail for the 2nd time I used Bill Me Later but never received a bill. I went on their site to check when my statement billing date is only to find in Red letters that my account is past due.
I said wait a minute I never got my bill so how would I know it was due. I immediately contacted Bill Me Later via Email and explained to them that I was waiting for the bill to arrive in my mail but it never did and request them to resend me one. I never got a response back. About two days later I tried again to request a bill resent to me and again no response. So I called their Customer service number and nobody ever picked up. I was on hold for like 1 hr and a half with nobody ever picking up the call.
So I again tried to email but like previously no reply back. I instead just mailed the check to their payment office minus the billing statement payment slip. This company has horrible customer service to ignore their customers like that. Anyone using Bill Me Later should be beware cause this company doesn't care about you. If you don't pay your bills they will report it to the Credit bureau and your Credit can go bad because of them. They're tricky! If you're not on your toes they will charge you late fees and interest without your knowledge as you wait for the bill to arrive. I am not using this company ever again.
