Never been late on a bill in my life and am signed up for email billing and email notification 10-days prior to due date and email notification if bill is late. I received NO notification from GEMB. I have been a customer of Gap Card for over 10 years and have never been late on a bill. The customer service supervisor refused to connect me to the credit reporting division and advised me I must dispute by mail only. They dropped my scores by 80 points but couldn't email me that my bill was due. Bad job.
