I ordered the Ugg Broome from them assuming they were the discontinued style I already own. The site is almost identical to the Uggaustralia site. The product arrived quickly, but the boots are plastic, although the heel plate looks identical to the real thing. Many detailed emails were sent, and received, from the seller. He fervently swore they were authentic, and would not yield when presented otherwise about their being fakes. The purchase price was $160, but the shipping return cost is $205. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
