I purchased a pair of ugg boots from this site which claimed to be selling authentic uggs. Tried to contact them by phone to cancel order but was never able to get through to them. I emailed them less than 24 hours laters and received an email the following day saying it was too late to cancel my order. They screw you in everyway possible from saying that when you sign for the ugg boots they are yours but there is no way to check them when you must sign for them at the post office before they can be released to you. Don't try to get a better deal and think you are getting authentic uggs at a better price just go ahead and pay the $40 more for the real thing!!! These shoes cost me $98 and for $40 more dollars I could have got the real thing. Also when I kept trying to get them to tell me why they were not listed under authorized online sellers for UGG (I found this after I ordered) they just kept saying they were a franchisee for UGGS which basically means nothing. I was told information about returning them would be inside the box but there is no information at all about returns in the box. Like I said make sure you order from only
