TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; I purchased a gift card in July. This has been nothin but a "NIGHTMARE"!!! 1st my grandaughter went 2 shop 4 her b-daz gift & was told there was nothing on the card, which then cause a MAJOR family feud, which horrible names, slander, etc were said to me & of me by her Mother. So then her Mother went into the store & had a altercation with who was workin. This took place several timez with no results! My grandaughter went 2 the store again 2 purchase an outfit for a concert she was goin to in August & again was rejected with her gift card, She, again, was VERY UPSET, CRYIN, EMBARRASSED, ETC. ASKing why did my Mom-Mom do this to me? Needless to say we have been arguing since she 1st tried 2 use it & I've not only been tryin 2 deal with where my money is & dealin with irrational family member who has disgraced my name 2 other family members & mutual friends & harrassment... I'M USIN A NEIGHBORS COMPUTER SINCE THERE'S NO WAY THAT ANYONE CAN CALL & SPEAK to SOMEONE!!! It's been 2 months since purchased & no one seems 2 be able 2 help. We have called the store numerous times, spoke with district manager, Chris & was told 2 go on-line... Well not everyone has a computer!!! Sept. 17th again called the store spoke 2 Betsy, salesclerk, DM Chris, & Manager Alex who said to go to this site. Also when purchased gift card there was a 20% discount on purchase which never happened. We're "TOTALLY DISSATISFIED" with this situation & I would love to kno where my money has gone? We, (grandaughter, her mom, & myself) have gone 2 the store approxmately 20 times & NO RESULTS. I would appreciate a call 2 me, do to not havin a computer so it's inconvient by via emale! FYI; during this time I was hospitalized 3 times, my Mother fell & was also Hospitalized & now shes in Rehab, So do you really think I REALLY NEED TO DEAL WITH THIS SITUATION. "a nightmare" i have enuf on my plate without the hassles from my d-i-l. (which Betsy got an earful, she had her almost in tears, Friday, when tryin 2 resolve this matter) Just lettin UNO that she can verify what I've been goin thru & dealin with! I hav the Gift card, my receipt etc. Tho not doin anygood. It's been 2 months now! Very dissatisfied esp. When i cant speak 2 a person!!!
